Our President
Mr. Poindexter’s professional work experience encompasses employment engagements throughout the U.S., Canada and South America garnering him a reputation as a respected "problem solver". The breadth of his diverse background draws from the manufacturing arena all the way to academia. Stockton Unified School District Grant Unified School District, Sacramento Saddleback Community College, Mission Viejo West Contra Costa Unified School District (formerly Richmond Unified School District) Washington Unified School District, West Sacramento Mr. Poindexter has received awards and accommodations too numerous to list for his many years of professional achievement and commitment to outstanding client service. He is a member of California Association of School Business Officials (CASBO) and the Small School Districts Association (SSDA). 
An entrepreneur for many years, Mr. Poindexter founded a successful plumbing, electrical and solar energy contracting business serving a commercial and residential client base in Southern California during the 1960’s and 1970's.
For over twenty four years Mr. Poindexter was employed by Allen Industries, a division of multi-national Dayco Corporation rising to the position of Manager of Plant Engineering, West Coast Operations. At one time he oversaw and managed maintenance and engineering for four multi-million dollar manufacturing facilities in the Los Angeles Area.
Mr. Poindexter has served as a Manufacturing Consultant providing plant facilities modernization, production lines installation project management, production lines auditing and engineering services for various companies throughout the United States, Canada and Ecuador.
From 1984 until 1998 Mr. Poindexter served as Director of Maintenance, Operations and Transportation (MOT) and Facilities Planning for five School Districts and one prominent Community College in California including:
